FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT ARE YOUR COVID GUIDELINES?
For your safety and protection, I wear a mask during training sessions and adhere to physical distancing guidelines when possible. Clients are welcome to wear a mask, but it is not mandatory. Temperatures are taken upon arrival. My in home studio is cleaned and disinfected between clients.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
The first step is to fill out a questionnaire and meet with me for a free consultation. During this time, we will discuss what works best for your schedule and budget. If it seems like a good fit, a program will be developed to meet your health goals. Testing is optional, but it is often important to determine your current fitness level. It is also a great way to check your progress!
DO I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Absolutely not! Many individuals sign up for 1 or 2 sessions while others stay with me for an extended period of time. The choice is yours!
HOW LONG ARE TRAINING SESSIONS?
I offer 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute sessions.
WHERE CAN I TRAIN?
You have the choice of working out at my private studio, in your home, virtually, or another agreed upon locale. An additional fee may be assessed if you live beyond a 15 minute radius.
DO YOU WORK WITH MORE THAN 1 INDIVIDUAL AT A TIME?
Yes! I often work with 2 family members or friends during the same session. My maximum is 3 individuals in most cases. One benefit of shared training is lower fees for each person.
WHAT AGES DO YOU WORK WITH?
I have trained kids as young as 6 and adults as old as 103. I do draw the line with newborns and anyone over 110.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
My fee schedule will be presented during our consultation. Some individuals require additional attention and care, so it is often difficult to quote an across-the-board price. Rates typically range from $45 for a half-hour session to $70 per hour. Those wishing to train in a small group setting (2-3) will see significant savings.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
I request a minimum 24 hour cancellation or you will be charged for that session. Emergencies and extenuating circumstances are taken into consideration.
