Research continues to show that regardless of age, individuals can improve in the areas of strength, flexibility, endurance, mobility, balance, and body composition. My goal is to help clients achieve and maintain a healthy level of independence by addressing the aforementioned areas. In-home training is a viable option for those who feel more comfortable in a familiar environment.
